SOL: Baile Folklórico

SOL: Baile Folklórico is a traditional folkloric dance troupe for 3rd-5th grade students within the Green Bay Area Public School District. SOL was created by two teachers who believed that our students weren’t learning enough about their Hispanic roots. We wanted to connect them with their culture in the same way we were brought up from a young age-- to feel proud to be part of a performance group like SOL that honors traditions, music, and dance-- and to create that same experience for our students and their families. For more information about our group and our mission, please view this pamphlet.
